Praise to God for a Living Hope
Attended this workshop organised by Project Timothy on Monday evening. Was greatly encouraged by it. We touched on the first book of Peter. In verse 3 - 4, we can see Paul praising God. God had given us new birth, new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ. God has also given us an inheritance. One that can never perish, spoil or fade. One that is indestructible, kept in heaven for us. We can rejoice in all these, though we have to face grief in all kinds of trials. All these trials are here to test us, to test our faith in Jesus. For by having faith in Him, we are recieving salvation of our souls.

Thank God that He speaks to us through His Word, not just something to study academically.
May we all remember this at all times, for Christians will face various struggles through their lives whilst awaiting the glorious return of our Saviour.
