A Vitasoy a day, keeps the doctor away...

Becoming very dependent of Vitasoy lately. Every morning before I leave for work, I have to grab a packet of Vitasoy from the fridge. Don't know if its really beneficial or not. Just like the taste of it in the morning. So who cares? Haha..


Spent the whole day out shopping. Shopping not for myself, but for the company. Bought a laserjet, internet security, printed company sticker and bought myself a new hard disk. Think the PC at home is not working due the the hard disk.

One of my part-time DJ named "Gu Ting", whenever he is to work, he will buy breakfast for us. My favourtie food will be the glutinous rice. Its a packet of glutinous rice, top with lots of fried onion and groundnuts. The interesting thing is 1 side of the rice is sweet and the other is salty. Its a very interesting combination of taste, with the fried onion and groundnut giving the fragrance.


Many of my weekends will be burnt.. This coming Saturday, got to go interview Jolin Tsai.. Many people are jealous that I can meet her face to face. Haha, but the truth is I rather not go!! I rather spend my Saturday morning playing soccer.. 1 of the Sunday next month, I will need to go and cover some award ceremony. If there is off to cover for my working hours on weekend, I 'm still fine.. Worst thing is that there is this stupid rule that executive and above has no off or OT.. Haiz.. Hope that no more of my weekends will be taken away..

Its LIVERPOOL VS chelsea tonight!! HAHAHA.. SUPER MATCH!! SEMI-FINAL OF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!! sure must stay up and watch.. I'll be so angry with myself if I fall asleep again while waiting for the match to start..

you'll always be in my heart...

Its always sad when someone whom you love leaves you. Beloved gong gong passed away at a good old age of 83. I've known him for almost 4 years. Even though he is not my blood related grandpa, I am much closer to him compared to my own grandpa. Their family have always treated me as one of them, and I've also treated everyone as my own.

Gong Gong was struck down by cancer, but during the first few months, he was still able to walk around and go out. It was till the 5 month that his condition worsen and was eventually bed-ridden. During his confinement on the bed, was glad that I am able to fork out more time to spend time visiting him. The most encouraging was that gong gong had the chance to know God. And before he passed away, I had the opportunities to pray with him mandarin. When I pray with him, he will always grab my hand tightly and squeeze my hand whenever some truths convict him.

Even now that gong gong had left us, I'm glad that we are able to have the assurance that he is back with God. We can rejoice that he has return to his eternal house in heaven. Even though now that he had left us, he will always be in hearts of those whom he loves...

Now we know that if the earthly tent we live in is destroyed, we have a building from God, an eternal house in heaven, not built by human hands.

Dog Poo Doughnut

Went for David Tao's (Tao Ze) press conference yesterday. So cool.. Got the chance to go for such things. Get to see celebrities in person.. Looking forward for more press conference. Before everything started, I got to go up the stage to set up the Rediffusion Mic. My mic look so big and obiang. Anyway its my first press conference, so rather excited and nervous. Haha..

Today is APRIL FOOLS DAY!! And the weird thing is I didn't not receive any april fool's joke. First year man! First 1st April without and prank. Think all my friends have grown up. All started to work, no time to send lame smses. Haha..

Went for bowling today, but different alley. Tampines Safra is fully booked, so went to Kallang Leisure Park. Super off form today. But came out with a "Yang Guo" bowling today. Bowled with 1 hand. Half way thru the game, "Guo Jing" (kang mai) bought us doughnut. There is this oreo doughnut that looks like dog poo. Haha. Starting to miss Andrew and his butt squeezing moves...
